Information technology
The IT team implements and supports the computing and peripheral technologies used at VCU Massey Cancer Center. We provide a range of IT assistance, such as desktop support services and troubleshooting, network configuration, equipment installations and upgrades, equipment-lifecycle management recommendations and purchasing consultation. We also provide support for Windows and Macintosh platforms as well as scanners, printers, BlackBerrys and iPhones, operating systems and application software.
We work in partnership with the VCU School of Medicine and VCU Health System IT departments to report and troubleshoot computing-related services. We also serve as the liaison to VCU Technology Services, the university’s central IT organization, by representing the computing needs of the Massey community and implementing IT best practices.
Direct IT requests to MasseyIThelp@vcu.edu or use the Remedy System at https://supportcenter.vcu.edu and select "Massey Cancer Center" to submit a ticket request for service. Requests will be responded to in a timely manner.
We are located in the Massey Cancer Center (MCC) building – first floor.
