The Graduate and Professional Student Programming Board (GSPB) strives to enhance the student experience through the development of unique social and networking, personal and professional enrichment, and community engagement programs that are open to graduate and professional students of all disciplines at VCU. GSPB’s structure includes an Executive Board and student representatives. Applications to join will be made available via RamsConnect at the beginning of February each year.
Annual events hosted by GSPB include dinner and a movie nights, financial planning and budget workshops, Real Life film series, study breaks, welcome back lunches, off-campus mix and mingles, and special events during Homecoming and Welcome Week. Winter Ball is an annual MCV Campus programming event co-sponsored by GSPB and Student Government Association bringing together graduate and professional students across all schools on the MCV Campus. The formal event includes a night of dancing, food, and beverages and typically takes place between December and February. Tickets must be purchased in advance.
