VCUCard Office COVID-19 Response

Our top priority is the health and wellness of our customers and employees. As a result, we are currently limiting operations and have taken precautions to ensure a safe environment.

The VCUCard Office hours on both campuses have changed to Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm by appointment only.

  • A limit of 5 customers are permitted to occupy our offices at one time

  • Anyone entering our facility is required to wear a facemask

  • Gloves and hand sanitizer will be made available to all customers

  • Please come alone to your scheduled appointment - guests not receiving services will be asked to remain outside

  • Our front doors are locked but someone will greet you upon your arrival (Monroe Park)

  • We do not offer public restrooms (Monroe Park)

  • Floors have been marked for social distance to indicate where customers should stand

  • Plexiglass shields have been installed to maintain staff distances

  • Customers may be asked to display their government-issued photo ID by holding it against the plexiglass shield

  • Increased sanitation procedures will be used to ensure the cleanliness of our offices

  • As of April 6, 2020 cash is no longer accepted as a method of payment; we accept all major credit cards

Many card related issues may be resolved over the phone or via email and do not require a visit to the office. You can also manage your VCUCard account from myVCUCard.com at any time.

If you are an Orientation Coordinator, please contact us before trying to schedule appointments for your group.
