Joe is a Richmond native and for the past decade has been heavily involved in local and regional civic affairs. From 2008 to 2011, he served in elected office as a member of the Powhatan County Board of Supervisors and as chairman in 2011. Currently, Joe serves as the vice president of a nonprofit, professional theatre company. Professionally, he works in technology and business management, excelling in entrepreneurial and large enterprise roles. For his public policy and administration doctoral studies, he plans to research public policy in relation to denationalized and electronic currency (cryptocurrency). Joe majored in science with a minor in physics at VCU and earned his B.S. in 2009. In 2015, he completed the Wilder School Master of Public Administration program with a concentration in executive leadership. To date, his best works include the creation of two beautiful daughters, Magnolia Delaney and Maya Linda.
