- Massey Alliance Events
Throughout the year, the Massey Alliance hosts several events to raise funds and awareness for Massey Cancer Center, as well as provide great networking opportunities for other passionate young professionals in the Richmond area.
Save the dates for these upcoming Massey Alliance events:
- Appetizers and Advocacy, Tuesday, May 19, 2020
- Richmond Brunch Weekend: For five years, Richmond Brunch Weekend has raised tens of thousands of dollars for cancer research. Each March, more than 50 restaurants agree to donate at least 15% of their brunch proceeds back to VCU Massey Cancer Center.
Richmond Brunch Weekend 2020 Update post March 14: We are heeding the cautions and following all guidelines from local authorities and the Virginia Department of Health. After careful consideration and with the sole interest in how we can best support our community at this time, we plan to postpone Richmond Brunch Weekend to the weekend of June 21-22. Postponing will allow us to prioritize community health now and provide the best promotion possible for participating local restaurants at a later date. We hope that you will join us in June. After all, it is support like yours that enables Massey to deliver the best lifesaving care available to one of the most vulnerable populations at this time.
