My research focuses on: 1) Statistical models for time course of radiation therapy impact on lung tissue, 2) The Long-term outcome of early stage lung cancer, 3) Prevalence and incidence of lymphedema in breast cancer patients, 4) Models for breathing motion for use in lung cancer radiation therapy, and 5) Genomic profiles of liver cancer.
