    The central working objective for the Desktop Services team is to provide efficient and effective customer service in using desktop productivity tools for university faculty and staff.  Our services include:

    Desktop Services uses Jamf Pro for iOS/macOS and MECM for Windows OS desktop asset management, software patch management, and remote troubleshooting.
