No Cost Calls To and From Qatar Campus

We are pleased to announce the implementation of VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) connectivity between the VCU Richmond and Qatar telecommunications systems, which provides no-cost telephone calls between the sites.

To place a "no cost" call to Qatar Dial 9, 440-2XXXX (XXXX being the four-digit extension; call must be placed from a station connected to the Avaya IP/PBX)

Please note, if you dial Qatar using 9 and the country code, it will not route over the VoIP connection, and the call will incur charges. Any questions, please call 828-2227, option 2 for assistance.
