Bill Review-General Info and Navigation
The online department portal provides access to both summary and detail information regarding departmental telecommunications bills. You can only access information for departments for which you have been designated as a contact. If you are the contact for multiple departments you can select the specific account you wish to view using a drop down menu or view all of your accounts.
Don't see an account you are responsible for? Send us an email addressed to VCUNetBill. Provide the budget code for the department to which you need access.
While reviewing your bill you can submit an inquiry simply by clicking on the "Submit a Billing Inquiry/Change" link that appears on the top left of each screen.
