What's This?

Summary of MRC, OCC, Toll and Local charges for each subscriber in a specific account.  Personal Billing Number (long distance calling) can also be accessed from this window by clicking on the subscriber name.

How Do Get Here?

Account Usage>Bill Date>Subscriber Summary

Subscriber ID-Established for each billed department and for those employees with a long distance authorization code (PBN) and/or calling card number. 

MRC - Monthly Recurring Charges for all services that occur each month (line fees, voice mail, equipment and maintenance)

OCC-Other Charges and Credits.  One time charges for services received such as work order processing, new installation charges, one time equipment charges.
