    To reach us by phone, call the IT Support Center at 828-2227 and press option 2. During business hours, you will be transferred to our Client Support Group. After hours and weekends, calls will be dispatched to our on-call staff.

    VCU Telecommunications telephone service has a high availability.  However, in the event of a major service outage departments should prepare a continuity plan to insure some level of communication is possible.  Such a plan could include the use of cell phones and/or FAX lines.
