      Submit a Trouble Ticket

       

      To submit a ticket on line, Go to RAMS Central  (formerly Cherwell)

      • Select "Enter IT Portal"
      • From the left hand menu click Communication and Collaboration/Telecommunications
      • Select "Voice Services Request"
      • Complete the form information
      • Click "Review and Submit"

      To report a trouble over the telephone

      • Call 8-2227(or 804-828-2227 from a non-campus phone).
      • Press option 2 to speak with one of our Client Support Representatives.
