      Device Requirements Windows/MAC    

      • Dual Core processor
      • 2 GB RAM
      • 1.5 GB free disk space

      Network Requirements

      • Avaya recommends a wired connection for best results.  However, a wireless connection that meets the specified speeds requirements below is sufficient in most cases.

      Mobile hotspots do not provide a consistent connection so are not recommended for use.

      • At least 10 Mbps of download bandwidth and 3 Mbps of upload bandwidth.

       Checking Network Parameters and Call Statistics

      • You can test your Network Parameters using  Speedtest.net, or  Fast.com. The connection should provide at least 10 Mbps of download bandwidth and 3 Mbps of upload bandwidth
      • To check your call statistics (network jitter and packet loss) you must be on an active Workplace Call.

        While on active call, click the three dots on the bottom right of the Workplace window.  Select Call Statistics from the menu.
