How to Transfer a Caller to a Voicemail Box

Steps	Actions
1.	Press [Transfer].  This will place the caller on hold and provide dialtone.
2.	Dial 8-7777 (VCU/VCUH - Richmond) or Dial 4-6000 (Community Memorial Hospital - CMH)
3.	When the system message begins to play enter the recipients 5 digit mailbox number followed by #.
4.	Press [Transfer] again.
