      My Message Waiting Light is not working

      Unplug your set from the wall and wait 2 minutes.  When you plug it back in the display will either read VERIFY SPID", "SPID ERROR", "SPID NG" or it will be blank.  Follow this link for instructions on identifying and SPIDing your telephone .

      If this does not fix the problem please contact Customer Service at 828-2227 press option 2.

      Calls are not going to my new Mailbox

      Is your manual call forward key activated?  If so, have you reprogrammed this key for NUMS?

      • Lift the handset or with the handset in the cradle press any line appearance.
      • Dial *72, then *8 1-877-367-5512.
      • Wait for confirmation tone; Hang up.

      How do I get my messages?
      1. Toll Free Dial 1-877-584-9321-follow the prompts.
      2. From a Local Phone Dial your office telephone number. When the greeting begins press [*].
      3. From your desk press your autodial key (if set up).
      I don’t know what my new password is?The password for all newly created mailboxes is the last 4 digits of your phone number.
      I changed my password but don’t remember what it is.Contact Customer Service at 828-2227-press option 2 to have your password reset to the last 4 digits of your telephone number
