1. Press the MENU key.
2. Press the softkey below OPTIONS.
3. Press the softkey below CLOCK. Display will indicate CLOCK RING SCRN DONE
4. Press the softkey below the “+”, or the softkey below the “-“ to scroll through the choices. Clock display format is MMM DD, YYYY HH:MM AM or PM. The field being changed is displayed on the first line.
5. Press the softkey below NEXT or go to the next field.
   
   When the last field is changed, press the softkey under DONE to confirm your choices.
