Submit a Trouble Ticket
To submit a ticket on line, Go to RAMS Central (formerly Cherwell)
- Select "Enter IT Portal"
- From the left hand menu click Communication and Collaboration/Telecommunications
- Select "Voice Services Request"
- Complete the form information
- Click "Review and Submit"
To report a trouble over the telephone
- Call 8-2227(or 804-828-2227 from a non-campus phone).
- Press option 2 to speak with one of our Client Support Representatives.
