Data Network Trouble
For help with computing and network problems, contact your departmental support technician first!
- Your support tech will assist you or make the appropriate contact if unable to find a solution.
If you do not have a departmental technician:
- Faculty and staff should call the VCU IT Support Center (828-2227).
To report problems encountered with Residence Hall in-room or Lab connections, contact ResNet Tech Support (828-8943).
If connected to the VCUHS clinical network, contact the Hospital Information Systems Help Desk (828-6447).
Voice Network Problems
Experiencing problems with your telephone such as static, no dial tone, or buttons not functioning?
- Dial 8-2227 (or 828-2227 from non-campus phone)
- Press Option 2 to report a phone problem or to reset your voicemail password.
Students in Residence Halls call 692-6000 to report telephone problems.
