Digital Signage

The VCU digital signage system is an excellent way to communicate to the VCU community about your events or services. The digital signage system is maintained by VCU Technology Support Services (TTS), and also serves as a component of the VCU Alert emergency notification system. TTS personal can set specifications, install, and train VCU departments in the use of the system.

There are currently more than 120 digital signage players on the Monroe Park and MCV campuses. Locations include the University Student Commons, Hunton Hall, VCU Libraries, residence halls, Recreation Sports facilities, parking decks, and various academic buildings.

To submit a request to install a digital player for your department, or to schedule a digital signage slide, please send your requests using the online support ticket system.

Note: Submitted slides are not guaranteed to be displayed on all players. Each digital display is owned and managed by individual departments. They reserve the right to determine appropriate content for their locations and audience.
