Project Manager Qualifications
VCU's Project Management Methodology is designed to match a project manager's education and experience with the complexity level of the project being managed. Starting with the Fast Track lowest level of complexity and escalating upward to a Highly Complex project requires an increasing amount of PM training and experience. This natural progression helps to ensure the success of a project by not overwhelming new project managers with demands that exceed their capabilities.
