Network Operations Center
The VCU Computer Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by professionals responsible for managing all production operations. The Network Operations Center monitors system/network status, the Computer Center's environmental conditions; and, offers off-hours support.
The Network Operations Center Staff also interfaces with technical staff from various groups who require Staff at the Computer Center to interact directly with their equipment.
