eServices for University students, faculty & staff
eServices provides self-service access to University students, faculty and staff. It also includes direct access to related systems such as DegreeWorks, Make-A-Payment, the Barnes & Noble on-line store, and the Education Advisory Board platform.
eServices is getting a new look on Aug. 19
VCU's eServices will get a new look and feel for financial aid, student accounting, faculty services, and student and personal information, finance, and human resources on Friday, Aug. 19. Updates will include:
- Enhanced functionality that expands and supports VCU's Call Me By My Name initiative, including name of use on class lists for faculty.
- Cleaner and easier navigation.
- Improved transparency of processes.
We anticipate that existing users will feel familiar with the changes being made to eServices. Students have been using a similar look and feel for registration and personal information options. Employees have also been using a similar look and feel in the Employee tab and for some Faculty Services options.
Users may experience system downtimes between 6-7 pm on Aug. 19 as the upgrade occurs.
