• Calling Number Identification is available but not Calling Name.  
• Moves or changes require an IT Support Center ticket.
• Relocating from or to a location supported with ISDN will require a change in telephone equipment.
• Telecommunications is working to replace ISDN service where possible with Avaya service.  If you have questions regarding a specific location, please contact us via the IT Support Center at 828-2227 (press option 2)
