Collaboration Services provides support and services for the VCU community in the following areas:
- DocuSign - electronic signatures including CFR Part 11 and DIY e-Forms
- ImageNow - electronic document storage and workflow management
- Google Workspace - Google Classroom, Chat Spaces, Drive, Mail, Meet, and much more
- Mass Mailing Services - email marketing service for university-wide mailing
- Listserv - email service for newsletters and a discussion group
- SmartSheet - project and process management service
- ZixMail Secure Email - encryption for external email
