There are two options for resetting your password:
- Reset your known Password: Select the "Password Management" tab at the top of the page after logging to your eID Management Portal (you will be required to log in with your current password).
- Forgot your password: Request a PIN to be sent to your recovery email and/or mobile number. All users are required to provide a *personal email address during eID account claim process. Providing mobile numbers is optional.
* Please note that personal email address provided prior to Jan 29th, 2019 for the previous version of self-service password reset tool will not work in the current new tool.
